The singer, Johnny Ruffo, who hails from Australia, has Brain Cancer.

He started his career by auditioning for the third season of the X factor, and his career took off when he bagged the third position in the show.

His career was taking off smoothly, and he was gaining attention through his appearance in a reality tv show and soap opera, but everything when downhill when he was diagnosed with a Brain tumor in 2017.

He was shocked to hear the diagnosis as he had only gone to the hospital to know the cause of his headaches. The symptoms of the brain tumors were showing on him, but he disregarded them as only headaches.

At the suggestion and encouragement of his girlfriend, he went to know about the headaches, and the doctor revealed that his brain tumor was seven-centimeter and had grown over his brain's frontal lobe.

The doctor also stated that if he hadn't come that day for a check, then he might have died in his sleep at night.

Due to the diagnosis, he underwent brain surgery, and doctors removed 95% tumor but were unable to remove 5% as it was close to the nerve endings.

Doctors treated the 5% tumor with the help of radiotherapy and chemotherapy. After nearly two years of treatment, he was clear of cancer and thanked his girlfriend for being his rock during hard times.

Johnny Ruffo shared in 2019 that after nearly two years of battling brain cancer, he was clear of cancer.

He shared the news by showing the two images of his brain in which there was a brain tumor, while in the recent one, there was no brain tumor. He thanked all the people for their support.

His girlfriend, Tahnee, was also happy to share the news of his cancer free.

He lived happily cancer free for one year and also shared that he had to remain positive during his battle with cancer; it was easier said than done, but he tried his best to stay positive. His girlfriend helped him during his battle with cancer and also encouraged him to be active by going for runs or swimming.

Johnny Ruffo is not married yet, but he is in a relationship with his girlfriend, Tahnee Sims.

Tahnee has been a great support for him during his dark days and has been with him till the first day of his cancer diagnosis.

She was the first person who encouraged him to go to see doctors for his continuous headaches, and due to her, his cancer was diagnosed before it got too late.

Johnny also shared he wishes to marry Tahnee at some stage of his life.

Tahnee shared a picture with Johnny along with his new memoir book and congratulated and praised him for achieving one of the goals of his life.

The net worth of Johnny Ruffo is estimated to be about $5 million in 2022.

He has been active in the entertainment industry since 2011 and has earned well from his profession. He is estimated to earn about four hundred thousand dollars yearly. Ruffo's debut single, On Top, charted number 14 on the ARIA Singles Chart. Similarly, it was also certified platinum.
