American entrepreneur Mike Wirth is married to his golfer wife Julie Wirth.

Julie was a former star in California Women's Tennis. She gained notoriety in golf in 2018 when she qualified for the U.S. Senior Women's Open Championship on June 12 at the Olympics Cub in San Francisco.

At the Chicago Golf Club in Wheaton, Illinois, the inaugural competition lasted from July 12 to July 15.

She won a three-hole playoff to capture a berth in the one hundred and twenty-player championship after hitting a 7 over 78 to finish tied for fifth in the qualifying tournament.

She must have earned a significant amount of money from her career as a Tennis player and golfer. On the other hand, her husband is the chairman of the board and CEO at Chevron.

He is dedicated to leading the way in the future of energy alongside them by producing results ethically. He has worked for Chevron throughout his entire career.

He has been with the organization for nearly four decades and witnessed the energy sector's development. And while the future may take many different turns, a few things are evident to him: the need for more inexpensive and dependable energy will increase.

Mike lost his son Tyler in 2019 as he could not beat cancer. He was struggling with brain and spinal cord cancer. 

The loss of his son devasted him. However, he is fortunate to have a caring wife and children to become a successful businessman. In 2017, he held the positions of executive vice president of Midstream & Development and vice chairman of the board from 2016 to 2018.

He was the president of Global Supply and Trading until 2006. Similarly, he was executive vice president of Downstream & Chemicals until 2015. He started working for Chevron as a design engineer in 1982.

He serves as a Dean's Engineering Advisory Committee member at the University of Colorado. He also uses his accomplishment to inspire current students. He also appears in campus classes to interact with students.

He is also involved in the sports sector as a member of the Board of Directors for both the Tiger Woods Foundation and the San Francisco 49ers Foundation. This can be interpreted as a testament to the man's versatility as a businessman.

Mike also sits on the boards of Catalyst, the American Petroleum Institute, its executive committee, and the World Economic Forum's International Business Council.

The Business Council, the American Society of Corporate Executives, the National Petroleum Council, and the Business Roundtable are other organizations in which he participates.
