Byron Donald wife Ericka Donalds is a Founder and chief executive officer of Optima Foundation. Optima Foundation is an education experience company.

Erika was born and raised in Tampa and lived with her partner in Naples. She went to Chamberlain Senior High School.

She got her bachelor's degree from Florida State University and majored in accounting. She got her master's degree from Florida Atlantic University and majored in accounting.
