She also announced her departure on her Facebook and shared that she made this decision because it was time to make a change. And working for Fox4 has been the best chapter of her life.

Abby has dreamed of being a reporter since she was a child and is grateful that she is able to live that dream. She has worked every shift and every reporting work, like writing, shooting, editing, reporting primetime newscasts, and anchoring.

Her passion has always been storytelling that positively impacts people's lives through investigation and education.

She also shared that she did not make a decision in a rush as this type of decision need to be made rationally. She shared that she thought a lot about it, had an hour of conversation with many people and reached a conclusion.

Abby also shared in FOX4 to stay tuned to her social media for her following career path. Until now, she knows anchoring and news relating work, but now she is ready for the next chapter.

After January 19, she will no longer be working at FOX4. Outside of her professional life, Abby is family-oriented and loves spending time with her family.

She spends mostly with her husband and three children in her free time. She also had two pets: an Australian Shepherd named Milo and a Hemingway Cat named Dallas.

Abby is also known to be both a marathoner and half marathoner and worked out in her local gym. Her favorite thing is going to a new restaurant and trying out a new recipe.
