Ali Stroker's husband David Perlow, from Briarcliff Manor, New York, is a well-known entrepreneur, assistant director, media face, celebrity husband, and online personality.
Perlow has worked on Broadway plays such as Once On This Island, Blackbird, The Humans, and Casa Valentina as an associate and assistant director.
He has also featured in Wicked and La Cage aux Folles as a performer.

He also founded The Actor's Gym and the Attention Theatre, both of which assist impaired performers in obtaining theatrical roles.
The couple first met in college and again in 2015 at the Deaf West Theatre staging of Spring Awakening. Perlow was the one who stood by her when she won a Tony Award for Best Featured Actress in a Musical, the only performer in a wheelchair to do so.
Stroker recalled the event and said:
"He was extremely sweet at the Tonys, asking which side I wanted him on for photographs. I look at those photos and think, 'That's my dream.'"
"To discover this companion that wants to be by my side and is ecstatic about me. Arriving at this point in my profession and having this connection means so much to me."
She and Perlow, 37, married in July of last year after meeting in college and reuniting for the 2015 Deaf West Theatre staging of Spring Awakening.
