Was Quando Rondo not shot dead but was involved in LA shooting?

Quando Rondo was not shot dead but his friend Lul Pab was. However, the rapper was involved in this fatal shooting, which took place in LA.

He was present during a shooting that happened on August 22 evening. This incident resulted in the untimely death of another young man and has also created fear and intimidation in the local's life.

Though nothing happened to Rondo, he was greatly affected by the death of his close and dear friend, who sadly had to leave the world early. And, what's disheartening for him is he could not do anything to bring him back to life.

His friend was shot to death at a gas station near Beverly Center by three unknown people, who ran away from the scene and are yet to be identified.

Rondo got loaded into the black SUV by his friends and drove about a mile to West Hollywood. There, they were stopped by police officers responding to the shooting scene and after the incident, the videos of Quando were recorded and it appears he's just a witness.
