The Road movie cast Viggo Mortensen and Kodi Smit-McPhee were praised for their performance. John Hillcoat directed the motion picture.

The film is based on Cormac McCarthy's novel of the same title. It portrays the tragic apocalypse and people's struggle to survive at such times.

Most of the people, plants, and animals demise in the catastrophe and the world became a vast wasteland. The picture follows the journey of a father and son to exist barely. 

Without animals and plants, people start practicing cannibalism. The lead characters, a man and a boy try to save the victims locked in the cage but they cannot rescue them all.

At last, the man passes away, and his son is adopted by a family. The lawless dump with cannibalizes is shown in the motion picture which is a human's nightmare come true.

The cinema was nominated for BAFTA in the category of best cinematography.

It premiered at the Fantastic Fest in Austin on 25 September 2009. The motion picture was praised for its screenplay, dialogue, and the performance of actors.

The motion picture features a strain of mad cow disease that turns humans into zombies. Columbus, an ex-student moves to Ohio to search for his parents.

He is accompanied by a zombie killer named Tallahassee. In their journey, they meet the con artist sisters named Wichita and Little Rock who trap them.

Later, they form a truce, and Columbus and Wichita gradually fall in love with each other. Will they survive the zombies and find a safe place to live for the rest of their lives?

I Am Legend movie summary reveals that the world's population gets infected by a lethal virus. Neville, a US virologist makes a cure for it.

Genetic experts attempt to re-engineer the measles virus to find a cure for cancer. In doing so, they make a more dangerous virus that turns people into vampiric and cannibalistic albino mutants.

The film then displays Neville who lost his family during excavation. His daily routine includes testing cures on rats, finding food supplies, and trying to communicate with surviving humans.

Neville's dog gets bitten by the mutant and passes after falling into an ambush. Filled with rage, the man attacks the creatures but he is saved by Anna and Ethan.

The virologist successfully finds a cure but they get followed by the mutants. To save his friends from the mutants, he locks them in the lab and kills himself and some mutants by throwing Grenade.

The moving picture features Abbott Family with parents: Evelyn and Lee and children: Regan, Marcus, and Beau. It pictures the world after the apocalypse filled with aliens.

The creatures can not see but they have a sharp hearing. Beau secretly keeps a toy space shuttle even though Lee makes him leave it behind.

When he turns the toy, it creates a noise and the alien instantly kills him. Following the incident, the family becomes careful until they find a way to kill the creatures.

The Day After movie cast Jason Robards and JoBeth Williams played the lead roles of Dr. Russell Oakes and Nurse Nancy Bauer respectively.

The moving picture directed by Nicholas Meyer was first aired on ABC television. The story opens up with the days leading to the nuclear explosion.

Following the strike, people absorb radiation and perish. Meanwhile, the doctor forms an incredible bond with Nancy who later passes due to meningitis.

Russell gets lethal exposure to rad and he returns to Kansas City to see his home for the last time. He collapses and one of the squatters comes to his rescue.

The film was a massive hit in the 1980s and it won two Primetime Emmy Awards in 1984.

Don't Look Up summary reveals Jason is the only person to exist on Earth. Isherwell and his elite circle land on the alien planet and survive.

The film opens with a doctoral candidate from MSU named Kate. She discovers that an unknown comet will soon collide with Earth. 

NASA confirms the findings and urges her and another researcher to present the finding in front of President Orlean. When the President does not provide apathy, they leak the news to the media.

Concerned Kate becomes a meme after she blusters about the threat onscreen. Despite her warning, no one pays heed after which she launches the Just Look Up campaign.

Orlean launched an anti-campaign named Don't Look Up. She along with Isherwell and other people board on sleep spaceship before the comet strikes leaving her son Jason behind.

However, the world inside the train becomes unbearable for the lower class. When an avalanche hits, some people see Polar Bear and are relieved that life exists outside the vehicle.

Planet of the Apes 2001 ending explained the Earth is now ruled by intelligent Apes. Humans have extinct and all posts are held by the apes.

The film is somewhat based on Pierre Boulle's book of the same title. It is a remake of the science fiction directorial by the late Franklin J. Schaffner.

It opens with U.S. Air Force officer Leo Davidson. Leo works closely with the apes trained for special missions at the space station Oberon.

Leo along with his ape co-worker, Pericles get into the electromagnetic storm in separate pods. After some time, Leo's pod crashes on the planet Ashlar.

He is then taken hostage by the apes but he breaks free. Following that, the warrior apes begin pursuing him and the battle begins.

Everything gets sorted when Pericle arrives in his pod. Leo uses the undamaged spaceship to get back to his planet where all his finds are more apes.

The cinema shows the unleashing of a virus-infected chimpanzee by the eco-terrorists. The contagious strain induces aggression in living beings.

It spreads like an epidemic and collapses society. Jim, a bicycle courier awakens from a coma after 28 days of the initial viral outbreak.

He finds himself in a deserted hospital and goes to the church spotting a human-like zombie. When the infected one tries to attack him, he is rescued by survivors Selena and Mark.
