Who Is Simon Park?
After getting back in touch with his roots, Simon Park has been a Yogi bent on spreading the joy of yoga to the world.
Park stated that when he first got into yoga, he realized it allowed him to open up to people much more.
Since then, Park has considered himself an energy-centered practitioner who focuses on helping students find energy flow in their bodies through self-observation and movement.
In his Yoga journey, Park learned many things about the practice he has attempted to share with his students. Chiefly, Park believes that alignment and breath are the most important parts of yoga.
Through the two, Park teaches his students how to understand energy to heal their bodies and find freedom.
Park has stated multiple times that yoga is a practice and a method to free oneself from the world and be happier and more genuine. It has helped him connect with people, the same spirit he wants to share with his classroom.
Over the years, Park has experimented with yoga and developed his form by incorporating martial arts to increase body awareness, encourage self-evolution, and feel good.
