Jamie McLeod-Skinner is an American politician who hails from Milwaukee, Wisconsin, the United States. She earned a B.S. in civil engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institue in 1992.

Jamie McLeod-Skinner graduated from Cornell University with a master's degree in city and regional planning in 1995. Then, she joined Harvard University's Kennedy School of Government in 2006. She also received her J.D. from the University of Oregon in 2016.
