Wordle was created without the consultancy of engineers. It was just Palak and Josh who invested their time in it.

In late December 2021, this game became viral on Twitter when he added a "share" element to the game. This allows the users to copy their results in the form of a grid of square emoji. The Indian Express and CNET media outlets had also published about the popular game.

Wardle still loves to play the game and enjoys it as he does not know the day's word.

Shah and Wardle are dating each other. Their relation is of a girlfriend and boyfriend.

The couple had initially developed the game for themselves and played for about a month. They had fun playing the game and when Josh introduced the game to his relatives on Whatsapp group, it became an obsession to the family.

The software engineer had created a similar prototype back in 2013 but his friends were not impressed. This idea was then canceled. But in 2020,he and his girlfriend started playing the game and then released it in October.

Palak had played a key role in getting the game ready for the public. She loves playing word games like Spelling Bee and The New York Times Crossword and cryptic crosswords.

They currently live in Brooklyn.

Neither Palak nor Josh has an Instagram account. So their photos are not revealed yet.

However, their game Wardle is getting immensely popular on Twitter, and people shared it.
