What Is Terry Crews' Wife Rebecca King-Crews Illness? Breast Cancer Update
Terry Crew married his beautiful wife, Rebecca King-Crews, on July 29, 1989, and they are the parents of five children. According to Fox News, Rebecca had breast cancer in 2020. She was diagnosed with stage I cancer a year ago. She had to undergo a double mastectomy as well as reconstructive surgery.
The story of her struggle with illness began around twelve years ago when she had a radial scar excised from her right breast, which was a tiny, precancerous mass. A few years ago, her mother had a little malignant growth removed from her breast. She claims that no one in her family has a history of cancer. She has always ordered a mammogram and an ultrasound during her annual physicals.
Rebecca was upbeat until her most recent appointment, but she continued having an ultrasound on her breasts even though her mammogram came back clean. "I had this gut feeling that it was better to be safe than sorry," she says.
A tiny, enlarged tumor in her right breast was discovered during the ultrasound, necessitating a biopsy. Fortunately, it was the first stage of breast cancer, and she got the treatment at the right time. She revealed in the interview that her husband, Terry, was always there for her to care for and help in hard times.
