When the pictures were posted, they went viral after one of the users tweeted, "Love Chet Holmgren's dad going Old School with the Camcorder." The basketball player even responded with a series of crying laughter emojis.

There is no information about his mother, Sarah, in the media.

Chet has two sisters, older sister is two years older than him, while his younger sister is two years younger than him.

However, the details of his sisters have kept them out of sight of the media.

According to the sports list, his older sister was a swimmer before entering high school due to her medical issues. That derailed her career as the medical issues surfaced midway through her junior year of high school.

Interestingly, he studied very hard and got into the University of Minnesota, where he is studying a medical-related course.

Regarding his younger sister, she played volleyball for a while before deciding to focus on her studies in high school.
