The 58-year-old host was taken to A&E last month after having chest pains, and he expresses his gratitude for being alive when his body began to shut down.

Martin said on Friday that his heart was failing, his kidneys and liver were at 30%, and his lungs were deteriorating. But he was lucky to be alive because he had been given a second opportunity.

The actor now plans to spend as much time with his family as possible but has chosen to keep his children, Scott, 14, and Megan, 12, in the dark about the situation.

After being rushed to the hospital last month, Roberts, the popular host of Homes Under the Hammer, has said that he is gradually readjusting to "normalcy."

Martin announced the news while out for a walk in his "favorite area on the earth" on Monday, telling followers he felt "lucky" and "thankful" to be back on his feet and feeling better after his health crisis.

The 58-year-old was admitted to the hospital last month after having breathing difficulties. The Homes Under The Hammer host came on ITV's This Morning with his wife to discuss the near-death experience with Phillip Schofield and Rochelle Humes.

Martin thought he was experiencing long-Covid symptoms, but doctors detected "a big amount of fluid" near his heart.

Martin Roberts' net worth is predicted to be between $1 million and $5 million dollars as of 2022. He is a well-known TV personality, property market specialist, and host of Homes Under the Hammer.
