Theo Von was born to dad Roland von Kurnatowski Sr. and mom Gina Capitani on March 19, 1980.

He was raised in Covington, Los Angeles. Moreover, he recently moved production of his podcast This Past Weekend to Nashville, Tennessee.

The show is a long-form video podcast featuring his storytelling, answering his fan voicemails, and thoughtful guest interviews. 

Dad Roland von Kurnatowski Sr 

Roland von Kurnatowski had already celebrated his 70th birthday when he became the father of Theo. 

Ronald was welcomed by his parents on 28 November 1912 at Cabo Gracias, Nicaragua. He lived a long and happy life before passing away on 18 August 1996.

In one of his Instagram posts, he mentioned that his dad liked telling stories and eating shrimp.

Von was 86 at that time, and Theo had just turned 16. In retrospect, Theo feels bad that he could not know his father well. 

The name of his mother is Lillian Maud Whittier. Kurnatowski is deeply remembered by his son Theo.

In June 2017, he wished his deceased father a Happy Father's Day. He uploaded a rare picture of his parents and him when he was a toddler.

When he appeared on the TigerBelly podcast, he jokingly commented on his dad “He was starting to fall off the bone when I met him”.

Mom Gina Capitani

Gina Capitani is half Italian and half Irish. From what we see, she is around 5 feet 6 inches tall.

Meanwhile, she was seen as somewhat shorter than her two sons in one of their photographs. There, she stood between her two sons.

Theo and his mother are very close to each other. Her husband took his last breath when Theo was just a teenager.

So, Gina raised Theo as a single parent. She is the epitome of a strong woman. All her kids are doing well in their life.

Theo wished Gina a Happy Mother's day in May 2017 and penned a caption claiming she loved him even when he wore shitty bandanas.

Currently, she lives in Tucson, Arizona, USA. In 2019, it had been 5 years since she had seen her son Theo perform on stage.

She drove from Tuscon to attend the event. Theo was very excited about it. 

Presently, she is also a grandmother. She is often seen spending quality time with her granddaughters and grandsons.

Theo Von is the second child of his mom Gina Capitani and dad Roland Von.

Theo has an elder brother and two sisters born after him.

He graduated from Mandeville High School in Mandeville, Louisiana, then attended Louisiana State University for a time, as well as Loyola University New Orleans, University of Arizona, College of Charleston, and Santa Monica College.

Furthermore, he received his undergraduate degree in 2011 from the University of New Orleans.

Eldest Brother

The name of Theo's eldest brother has not been made public yet. However, he has been seen one or two times on Theo's Instagram profile.

Theo's brother, his mom Gina and fellow comedian Ari Mannis were seen together in Phoenix, Arizona in March 2019. They met at one of his comedy gigs.

The eldest Von sibling wore a T-shirt and simple jeans. And he had put sunglasses on his head. 

He seemed a few inches taller than Theo. He had tattoos on his arm. One was at the wrist, and another near elbow. It appears that Theo's big brother is quite reserved and does not like to give updates about his life online.

But, the brothers share a wonderful bond. On holidays, and different occasions, they take time off their busy schedules and celebrate together.

The eldest brother of Theo lives in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He sometimes stays at his brother's place during Holidays. The whole Von family spent Christmas day at the house of Gina's oldest son.

Ashley Von

Ashley Von is one of the sisters of Theo Von. She lives in Southern Louisiana with her husband and two children.

She is the mother to a son and a daughter. Her kids share a great bond with their uncle Theo.

On November 25, 2019, Ashley's kids attended their first Saints game in New Orleans, Louisiana. They were taken to the game by Theo.

Theo captioned that it was a great day with family and friends in the picture he uploaded.

She is present on the social media platform Instagram as @ashleyvon. 

She has amassed 1,034 followers and uploaded 185 posts as of February 2023. 

She has described herself as 'inspired by nature' on her Instagram bio. And on her display profile, she is wearing sunglasses and posing with her hand.

The photograph must have been taken outdoors because if one looks closely, there are tree branches and leaves. 

Being a mother, she loves to take pictures of her kids and share them with close friends, family, and relatives. she is always present at family gatherings and celebrations. 

Rolanda Capitani Von Kurnatowski

Rolanda Capitani Von Kurnatowski is another sibling of the famous comedian Theo. Rolanda is a nurse by profession. 

She works as an emergency room nurse. She was doing the final preparations for PEDS in December 2022.

Rolanda is called RoRo by her sister Ashley. And most of her close ones call her Ro. Her Instagram handle has a total of 330 followers and 106 posts. Her username is @rcvk1128.

She describes herself as 'crazy, funny and wear my heart on my sleeve'. 

She has two beautiful daughters with her previous husband Yancy Hebert. Her eldest daughter is Madison Hebert.

Madison and her younger sister are seen together playing different games and sports. Like any normal siblings, they share a fun and loving bond. Both of them were seen hanging out with Theo in 2022.

Madison is an athlete at Easton Area high school soccer. At present, Rolanda Capitani is living with her new partner David. Ro and David recently made their relationship public.

In her recent post where she is clicking a selfie with David, Ashley commented 'roro' with a smiling face emoticon. She also owns a dog named Macho.
