Rosalie Chiang is an American author who has a net worth of $1 million.

Rosalie started her career as an author. Ever since she was young, she had lots of passion and interest in writing and acting. She is the author of two poetry books, "A for Albatross: Birds A to Z" and "A is for Arowana: Freshwater Fish A to Z." She was even a recipient of the Stones Honour Award. 

Rosalie started her career as a model. In the beginning, she was cast in a lot of commercials. She appeared in 'The Interns', 'Solid', and other shows. Rosalie also appeared in the commercial for Yamaha Piano. Her acting career started in 2017 when she debuted in a television series called "Clique Wars." In Clique Wars, she played a role of a character named Ashley. 

After playing as a cast in different series and TV shows, Rosalie Chiang was called for an audition for Turning Red. She mentioned recording her audition acting from her mother's iPhone 6.

While the movie was being developed, Chiang was only 12 years old when she was selected as a temporary actor since the producers were still looking for other voice-over actresses for the same role. However, Chiang was selected for a permanent role later on!

Rosalie Chiang did a voice-over for Meilin Lee's character in the Pixar movie, Turning Red.

Turning Red is an animated movie directed and written by Domee Shi, which represents the physiological metamorphosis in the movie. 

There, Rosalie Chiang plays the role of Meilin, who transforms into a giant red panda every time she faces overwhelming emotions. The character is quite popular in China, and director Shi tried associating the color red with intense emotions. 

The movie has included women's menstruation cycle and personal hygiene products. The director wanted to involve the scenarios which weren't much included in the movies. 

The movie also has other Asian representations like Sandra Oh, Hayein Park, Maitreyi Ramakrishnan, and others. While working on a movie, she got to bond with other co-stars and filmmakers, making her feel comfortable. 

She felt surreal to be the main lead in the movie. She could relate to some of the traits of the movie as it represented some of the Chinese cultures as well. The 16-year-old voice-over actor could also relate to the teenage character Mei!

After being released in March 2022, Turning Red received lots of reviews and criticism. Talking about Rosalie Chaing, she plans on being a part of upcoming projects and is quite excited about them.
