Who Is Roque Garcia? Details On The Immoral Father Who Impregnated His Own Daughter

Roque Garcia is an alleged sexual exploiter from Massachusetts.

As per the online reports and officials, Roque raped his 14-year-old daughter and even made her pregnant.

Though the photos of the crime committer Garcia-Ortiz have been publicized, the photos and other personal information about the minor (the victim) have been put strictly under wraps to protect the privacy of the little girl.

According to Fulton County's deputies, for his crimes, he is currently waiting for extradition back to Massachusetts.

Yes, Roque Garcia, a father, got arrested for sexually assaulting and impregnating his minor daughter, who is not of legal age.

Likewise, he was also arrested after being charged with three counts of rape, three counts of aggravated rape of a child, and one count of forcible rape of a child.

He is currently in custody at the Fulton County Jail and got detained by FCSO Scorpion Unit, the special unit which captures wanted fugitives in Fulton County.

It is found that when the unit came to learn about the incident where an adult relative made a juvenile pregnant, the Scorpion Unit acted quickly in the fear that the suspect might disappear somewhere. As the sheriff official said, the suspected rapist was planning and making a move on flying to Puerto Rico where his family lives.

Thankfully, Garcia-Ortiz got caught in time after the concerned authorities learned that he was ultimately located at a hotel in East Point. Thus, swiftly making a move without sparing any time, they eventually arrested him.
