Who Is Ramsey Homsany? Husband Of Vijaya Gadde
Ramsey Homsany, a husband of Vijaya Gadde, is the co-founder and president of Octant.bio.
It is a synthetic biology company, investor, and advisor to technology startups. He was previously an executive at Dropbox, where he led the communications, public policy & government affairs, human resources, legal, and trust & security teams.
During that time, Dropbox raised more than $1 billion in venture capital, grew to more than 500 million users, and became the fastest SAAS company in history to reach a $1 billion revenue run rate.
Before Dropbox, Ramsey was a Vice President at Google, where he managed the company's commercial legal groups and some of the largest partnerships in the internet industry.
Ramsey previously worked as a technology lawyer at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati and as a Lecturer at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. He has also worked pro bono for indigent clients seeking political asylum. Ramsey holds a B.S. in Chemical and Biochemical Engineering from Rutgers University and a J.D. from New York University.
Ramsey serves on the Rutgers College of Engineering and Represent.us boards, a grassroots political reform organization. Unlike Vijaya, Ramsey was raised in Athens, Greece, and Sparta, New Jersey. Despite rumors of the couple's divorce circulating online, Vijaya's recent retweet about the Octant Apprenticeship program refuted those rumors.
The couple has kept their personal lives private and is not on Instagram, which further limits us from exploring their internal life.
