Kevin Rudeen combined his marketing savvy with his desire to seem handsome and founded Rudeen Racing in 1992. Many World of Outlaws Feature Wins, Dirt Cup Champion, 2-Time Trophy Cup A-Main Winner and Overall Champion, Skagit Speedway 360 Nationals Champion, 2 - Time Skagit Speedway 410 Track Championships, Knoxville Nationals Prelim Feature Winner, and north of 75 A-Main victories have been achieved by Rudeen Racing. Rudeen Racing also fields successful USAC Midget and 12 Mile Drag Racing teams.
Kevin Rudeen was the younger brother of Gwenn Rudeen and the older sister of Marsha Rudeen. Kent and Marj, who both worked in construction while Kevin was growing up, now work with Kevin alongside Gwenn.
He started working as a subcontractor for his father while in school. On weekends, he raced flat track, motocross, and snowmobile circle track, a hobby he inherited from his father, who was also a racer. Kevin moved up to Alaska after high school and worked for three years as a project manager.
