Kate Moss's Testimony Denies Staircase Push By Johnny Depp
Kate Moss testified in Johnny Depp's defamation trial for $100 million that he never pushed her down the stairs. Moss, speaking via live video from Gloucestershire, England, claimed she slipped while on vacation in Jamaica and Depp helped her.
According to Daily Mail, Moss, who dated Depp from 1994 to 1998, said, "He never pushed me, kicked me, or hurled me down any steps."
Heard's accusation that the 58-year-old shoved Moss was refuted by the renowned secretive model, who rarely discusses her personal life.

Heard claimed she was afraid Depp would force her sister, Whitney, down the stairs after a heated confrontation, which led to Moss' testimony. Whitney was near a stairway "in the line of fire attempting to tell Johnny to stop," according to the actress.
This reminded her of a rumored incident involving Moss and Depp. "I remembered information I had heard that he shoved a past girlfriend, Moss, down the stairs," Heard said before about a confrontation between her sister and Depp.
"I had heard this rumor from two different sources, and it was still vivid in my memory."
According to Heard, there was a rumor that Depp had done something similar to Moss before, and it sprang to mind.
'We were leaving the room, and Johnny left the room before I did,' Moss stated when questioned by Depp's attorney Benjamin Chew.
There had been a downpour, and I slipped down the steps as I exited the room. My back was hurting. And I yelled because I was in pain and had no idea what had happened to me.
'He ran back to aid me, carrying me to my room and getting me medical help.'
When Moss began her intensive relationship with Depp, who was an adolescent idol owing to his parts in films like Edward Scissorhands, she was at the height of her stardom.
They were renowned as the 'chicest, druggiest pair in LA' due to their heavy drinking and drug usage.
'So Johnny Depp didn't assault Kate Moss,' a person close to Heard claimed after the hearing. "He's now 0 for 2 in the abuse department."
"However, he is 0 for 1 in court on the essential issue, in this case, having already lost the same case in England. And no matter how hard his attorneys attempt to distract and deflect the jury's attention away from the one question in this case."
"Whether Amber Heard may use her right to free speech, he'll be 0 for 2."
