Jessie Wallace's estimated net worth is over $14 million.

Her work as an actress is the primary source of her income. She has been active in the showbiz since 1999, The Bill (TV Series), and has starred in 14 credits till now. She is an on and off cast of the popular BBC soap opera EastEnders, which she joined in 2000. 

Besides acting, Jessie's brand endorsement deals (if any) boost her riches.

Nonetheless, The Mirror's report in 2020 suggested that she owed £40,000 in taxes after closing her business. In 2015, she placed Thatcher Promotions Limited in voluntary liquidation. 

The company had almost £70,000 in unpaid corporation tax and VAT, causing the liquidators to hire a law firm. She paid £60,000, out of which the most of the money was for legal & liquidator fees and only £27,000 for the taxes.

Authorities arrested Jessie Wallace for attacking a police officer.

The incident happened at about 2 a.m. on Sunday, 19 June, outside the Verve nightclub, Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk. The confirmation came from the Suffolk Police spokesman. 

Moreover, the authorities legally warned the EastEnders star, who was being held on suspicion of assaulting a police officer & drunk and disorderly conduct.

According to sources, three officers Jessie, who was with a man, after her abusive behavior. 

It isn't the only time the actress' drinking habits have got her into trouble. Two years ago, the BBC One drama series had written her out of the show for over two months. She allegedly drank on the set. 

The bosses had ordered Jessie to fix her habits before returning. Besides that, the authorities banned her from the road for three years and fined her £1,000 for drunk driving in 2003.

Chelmsford police reportedly stopped Jessie's Mercedes after officers found her one and a half times over the drunk drive limit.

Similarly, she had failed a breathalyzer test about five years ago, insinuating a road ban for 15 months.  

No, Jessie Wallace isn't in jail.

The police did arrest her on suspicions of attacking a police officer/drunk and disorderly conduct. However, A Suffolk Police spokesman stated the authorities released her without any charges but gave a conditional caution.

A suspect must sign a document admitting the offense and the details of their actions to accept a conditional caution. It serves as an alternative to a charge. 

Police National Computer records it and is marked as spent after three months. However, authorities can use it as character evidence in any possible criminal proceedings.
