Francesca Kasteliz, Jon Kay's wife, is a former journalist and BBC News correspondent. They met in a newsroom in Bristol in 1998 and have three children together.

She is a certified executive coach who helped design and oversees the BBC's nationwide training program for on-screen talent.

Kasteliz describes her particular passion as assisting women and young people in finding their voice on-air and in the television industry.

She has worked as an on-air coach for the BBC's Expert Women and Expert Voices programs. As well, she was a mentor to final-year university students and a trainer for young journalists from throughout Europe.

Jon Kay has a perfect little family with his wife, Francesca Kasteliz, and three kids. The co-host of Kay, Naga Munchetty had a salary of £255,000 in the 2020/2021 financial year.

It put her at the second top earner on Breakfast and £40,000 behind Dan and jumping £60,000 from the previous year.

Similarly, Kay must have a salary in the similar range of £150,000 to £200, 000.

Analyzing the earnings, the tv presenter has an estimated net worth of £100, 000 as of 2022. Kay appears on BBC Breakfast on a regular basis.

Kay worked as a regional reporter for BBC Points West before moving to London as a national news journalist for BBC London News. He is now a BBC News news correspondent covering the South West of the country.

Kay reported from Portugal on the inquiry into Madeleine McCann's disappearance in 2014, and from Cape Town on the trial of Shrien Dewani.

He worked as a journalist for BBC News at Six during the London Olympics in 2012 and as an election correspondent during the 2015 general election campaign. 

Jon Kay, a Television presenter for BBC began his career with the BBC as a trainee reporter in 1993, working at local radio stations from Newcastle to Suffolk.

Despite writing off an expensive radio vehicle on his first day as a reporter, he landed a full-time position at BBC Bristol. He began working there on the same day as another young journalist.

Jon moved to London to work as a political reporter and news correspondent after working on local radio and regional television in Bristol.

He spent a year traveling across the world with his wife, reporting from China, South East Asia, Australasia, and Central America. They were caught in the thick of a catastrophic hurricane in Mexico.

Jon returned to the UK and was appointed as the BBC's south and west of England reporter for national TV and radio.

Jon also covers stories outside of his area of expertise. During the London 2012 Olympics, he was the Olympics reporter for BBC News at Six and Ten.

And he traveled across the Atlantic on a ship full of history lovers to mark the Titanic disaster's centennial.

He has worked as a BBC foreign reporter in numerous cities throughout the world, including Los Angeles and Washington, DC. He's also traveled around Europe.

Jon has hosted a wide range of BBC programs. He has hosted Drive on 5 live, Radio 4 documentaries, the BBC Two environmental series It's Not Easy Being Green, and a BBC Four documentary about bread-making. He's still perplexed by the previous one.
