Meet Jon Kay's Wife, Francesca Kasteliz
Francesca Kasteliz, Jon Kay's wife, is a former journalist and BBC News correspondent. They met in a newsroom in Bristol in 1998 and have three children together.
She is a certified executive coach who helped design and oversees the BBC's nationwide training program for on-screen talent.
Kasteliz describes her particular passion as assisting women and young people in finding their voice on-air and in the television industry.

She has worked as an on-air coach for the BBC's Expert Women and Expert Voices programs. As well, she was a mentor to final-year university students and a trainer for young journalists from throughout Europe.
