American rapper Lil' Kim, has undergone a heavy plastic surgery on her face. She has enhanced her facial features with both Botox and Lip fillers. 

A pioneer of women in hip-hop, Kim has gone under the knife on several occasions. She describes her insecurities and body image issue as the reason she has done plastic surgeries. 

Queen Bee has performed numerous Botox fillers on her facial parts to make her look completely different. The rap icon gradually resembles a doll in the constantly changing features on her face.

The plastic surgery by Lil' Kim dates back more than two decades ago, with reports claiming that she went under the knife during the 1996 release of her debut album, Hard Core.

The rapper admitted to getting multiple surgeries on her nose following an abusive relationship during her early years in music. Her ex-boyfriend frequently beat her and occasionally would break her nose.

Lil' Kim has gone under the knife to enhance her facial features. She has performed facelift surgery and enhanced her cheekbones to look on par with the current beauty standards.

The 47-year-old has done a facelift to look younger in comparison. She is not new to plastic surgery and has surely undergone the operation to gain that youthful appearance. Also, the rapper has modified her cheekbones to reposition them a little higher to gain that perfect look.
