Graham Weston, the co-founder of Rackspace, is divorcing his wife, Elizabeth Weston. Less than seven weeks before the divorce trial began, Elizabeth Weston went to court without a lawyer.

She told the judge she couldn't afford legal assistance.

Elizabeth has been represented by over 30 attorneys from 16 different legal firms. However, on June 15, the case's lead attorneys, Lawrence Friedman and Ryan Lurich of the Dallas law firm Friedman & Feiger, who had asked for the adjournment, filed a move to resign. Graham Weston, the founder of Rackspace, is suing a San Antonio attorney. Later, a few other attorneys also submitted withdrawal requests.
