Darren Barnet is an American actor best known for portraying Paxton Hall-Yoshida in the Netflix series Never Have I Ever. 

Barnet was born on April 27, 1991, in Los Angeles, California, and moved to Orlando, Florida, when he was 12. He did his high school studies at Dr. Phillips High School in 2009 and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2013 from Berry College.

The Love Hard actor wanted to be an actor at age five but did not pursue acting until college. He has played minor roles in television series such as S.W.A.T., Criminal Minds, This Is Us, Family Reunion, and Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.

The 31-year-old lent his voice credit to the Netflix CGI-animated series Samurai Rabbit: The Usagi Chronicles, where he voiced the lead character of Yuichi Usagi. In addition, he is set to voice a character in the upcoming Netflix anime Blue Eye Samurai.
