After a detailed examination of Tweets from Donald Trump's account and the context around them, specifically, how they've been received and perceived on and off Twitter, Adam Waldman came to this conclusion.

The account was permanently suspended by Twitter earlier this year owing to the possibility of additional instigation of violence. This was a turning point in how the social media behemoth will police its policies in the future, particularly when it comes to celebrity chevaliers.

Depp's attorney initially sought out Twitter after his April 20th ban, according to texts collected by YouTuber ThatUmbrellaGuy and released with Waldman's permission.

Also, he claimed in his first message to a member of Twitter's administration team that two of his colleagues had contacted the social media platform about opening a verified account for Depp and overturning Waldman's suspension, only to be told that they had not received a response from the platform.

He respectfully requests that his account be restored, as well as verification, which Waldman believes will make it less likely that this will happen again.

Adam Waldman is embroiled in a scandal involving Vladimir Putin, who has dominated headlines in recent months as a result of his ongoing invasion of Ukraine.

According to Insider, Waldman filed documentation with the US Department of Justice in May 2009 indicating that he would be working with Russian businessman Oleg Deripaska, offering legal guidance on matters relating to his US visa and commercial operations.

Deripaska's visa to enter the United States was canceled in 2006 due to concerns about his ties to organized crime.

Deripaska was allowed to visit the United States twice in 2009, just months after starting to work with Waldman. There is no evidence that Waldman is linked to organized crime in any way.

Adam Waldman is a lawyer and lobbyist located in Washington, D.C., who is said to have contacts with Russian President Vladimir Putin's closest circle.

The former chairman and president of Endeavor Group was previously a pro hac vice witness in this lawsuit, which began in September 2019.

Waldman was removed from the case by Judge Bruce White in October 2020, according to Courthouse News Service, on charges that he had reportedly released secret information covered by a protective order to the press.

Heard and Depp's personal information, such as medical records, passport numbers, and phone numbers, were among the items covered by the protection order.
